We hope there aren’t any reasons you will need to return or cancel orders, but these things do need to happen from time to time so please consult our guidelines below.
Notice period
You have 28 days to notify us if you want to cancel the order or exchange the item. The cancellation period will expire 28 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered.
How to cancel your order, or return or exchange a product
Contact us and tell us if you wish to cancel your order, or return or exchange a product by either:
- To cancel: If it hasn’t been shipped yet, you can cancel by signing in to your account, clicking ‘my orders’ within this menu, picking the order you want to cancel.
- To return/refund: Once you have received the order, you do so by following the steps above by signing in to your account, clicking ‘my orders’ within this menu, picking the order you wish to return. Alternatively you can email us directly with your order number and we will send you the details.
- On returning items please package the item carefully using our returns information. We recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage. Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.
- We will process the refund directly to your payment card, as soon as we received and checked the goods in no more than 14 days after the day the we receive it.
Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product while you are responsible for it – this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to us.
