Kraken – Nautilus 3 piece hand crafted cutlery set

£38.00

Inspired by the legendary Nordic sea-monster cited in a late-13th-century version of the Konungs skuggsjá, (King’s mirror). An educational text that deals with politics and morality for young princes and noblemen.

It was said that when the Kraken wants something to eat, it would give forth a violent belch, which brings up so much food that all sorts of fish in the neighbourhood will rush up in hope of getting nourishment. However the Kraken keeps it huge mouth open and simply swallows all those fishes that came to seek food.
